Impressive 19th Century bronze and ormolu tapered Lantern:
with gilded scrolling struts, decorative corners and top corona; the chamfered sides of ornamental piercework; with star-cut glazed panels. Circa 1860, originally for gas; note the large scrolling gas tap above the pinecone finial.
