A Patinated Bronze Bust of a Maiden Signed L. Gregoiré (for Jean- Louis Gregoiré)

Jean- Louis Gregoiré (1840-1890), a pupil of the École des Beaux-Arts of Paris, displayed his works at the Paris Salon from 1867 until his death. His works are to be seen, in the public collections at the Musée Conde at Chantilly, the Musee de Elbeuf, and Pont-Audemar, inter alia.
