A Howdah panel with strikingly similar mother of pearl inlay is in the Smithsonian Institute, Washington, Museum number S1993.6, where it catalogued as Mughal, 17th century.

Each door framed within a carved ribbed border overlaid with ogival cartouches and divided into three panels: the top and bottom sections with a man flanked by two cows, holding an enormous bunch of flowers with perching peacocks; the central panels inlaid with a lattice pattern of stylised serrated leaves and flowerheads
