Description
A fine 2-Day marine chronometer by M.F. Dent, chronometer maker to the Queen.

With coromandel 3-Tier case bearing the nameplate to the front and with sunken brass side carrying handles. The 2-Day movement is supported within brass gimbals and has a fully signed, silvered and engraved dial.

The movement has the usual refinements including fully compensated balance, helical spring and spring-detent escapement.
