Description
Decorated on the exterior in good bright tones of underglaze blue with a figure scene, probably from ‘The Romance of the Western Chamber’, below diaper borders on the everted rim. The interior scene shows boys playing in a garden, expressing the wish for numerous male offspring. On the base there is a six-character mark of the Kangxi Emperor within a double ring.
