Description
An exceptional George II period mahogany kneehole desk with carved blind frets and chamfered edges. The rectangular moulded top sits above a long drawer and a cupboard door enclosing a shelf flanked by three short drawers to each side and blind fret and flowerhead carved angles. The finely cast brass swan-neck handles are original as are the unusual high profile bracket feet.
