Description
This is one of a series of dishes taken from an original lead-glazed model of a dish of Palissy type from France circa 1600.
They were produced in London from the 1630's and throughout the 17th Century.
Condition
Broken in half and restuck,extended crack stabilised, some flaking restored. The restoration remains visible on the reverse.
