lady with dark hair and eyes and high complexion, wearing white dress, crimson cloak with plum-coloured lining and trimmed with brown fur; gold ring on finger set with square cut emerald seated in gilt empire chair upholstered in royal blue.

Signed with gilt signature "Jos. Lee". Frame Hallmarked "J.A".

Engraved on back "Enamel, J.Lee/1818"
